Teen Arrested Trying to Buy Urine

A teenager was arrested trying to buy urine from young school boys at Pacific Elementary School in Manhattan Beach. Police believe the teen was attempting to buy the urine in order to pass a drug test.

The teen arrested for trying to buy urine from two school boys has been identified as 18-year-old Kevin Duron. For his failed urine purchase, Duron was originally arrested on suspicion of annoying or molesting children. However, after prosecutors determined that Duron’s request to purchase the urine was not sexual in nature, they decide not to charge him with a sex-related offense. Instead, Kevin Duron was charged with two misdemeanor offenses for failing to register prior to entry onto school grounds.

Prosecutors allege that Kevin Duron attempted to purchase urine from school boys on two occasions at Pacific Elementary School in Manhattan Beach. Last week, the Duron walked into the bathroom at the school and offered two boys several dollars to urinate in a cup for him. The two boys refused to do it.

School surveillance cameras happened to captured Duron walking onto school grounds. As a result, on Monday when Duron returned to Pacific Elementary School, he was recognized by a teacher as he did.
