TMZ reports that Antwon Tanner, the actor who plays “Skills” on the hit TV show “One Tree Hill” has been arrested in connection with a social security card scam.
Tanner surrender to federal prosecutors yesterday morning amid allegations that he “knowingly and intentionally” transferred Social Security cards last year “with intent to defraud.”
He is scheduled to be arraigned at Federal Court in Brooklyn Tuesday.
