Celebrity Justice: Former “Prison Break” Star Freed from Prison!

by Gabriel Dorman on April 29, 2009

TMZ is reporting that former “Prison Break” star Lane Garrison has been released from prison after serving half of his 40 month sentence.

Garrison, who was convicted of vehicular manslaughter stemming from a drunk driving crash that resulted in the death of 17-year-old Vahagn Setian, was sentenced to serve 40 months in prison. However, because he earned enough “good-behavior credits”, he was granted early release.

Garrison must now report to an in-patient rehab center.
