TMZ reports that an arrest warrant has been issued for actress Angie Everhart due to her failure to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 6.
Everhart was apparently scheduled to appear in court to pay a $50 fine that was imposed as part of the penalties for her DUI conviction from last year. Everhart neither showed nor paid the fine. As a result, her probation was revoked and a warrant was issued by the court.
This is standard procedure in criminal court. Failure to appear in court and/or failure to fullfill a condition of probation as order by the court will result in probation being revoked and a warrant being issued.
