Military Justice: 2nd Marine Acquitted in Fatal Shooting of An Iraqi Prisoner at Battle of Falluoja!

The Los Angeles Times reports that a military jury acquitted Marine Sgt. Ryan Weemer yesterday of all charges in the fatal shooting of an Iraqi prisoner in the 2004 battle of Falluoja.
