An Orange County couple was arraigned today on allegations that they ran a multi-million dollar workers compensation insurance fraud scheme and committed tax evasion. All told, the Orange County couple and Coto De Caza residents plead not guilty to all 14 criminal charges in Riverside Superior Court at the Hall of Justice.
