Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Calculator

Blood alcohol content, commonly referred to as “BAC”, is the amount of alcohol in an individual’s blood stream. Under California law, it is illegal for an individual over the age of 21 to operate of motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher. For those individuals under the age of 21, it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle with a BAC of .01% or higher.
