Celebrity Justice: Andre 3000 Arrested for Speeding …Really Fast!!!

TMZ reports that Andre Benjamin, aka Andre 3000 from the rap group Outkast, was arrested for speeding this weekend in his home state of Georgia. Benjamin was allegedly clocked going 109 mph in a 65 mph zone. After being taken to jail, he posed for a mug shot, posted $1,200 bail and was then released.

640 Lbs. of Marijuana Seized Off Coast of San Diego!

The Los Angeles Times reports that Federal agents seized approximately 640 pounds of marijuana on Saturday afternoon from a private shipping boat of the coast of San Diego.  The two individuals onboard, both of whom are U.S. citizens in their 20s, were arrested on suspicion of drug smuggling. 4 Men Charged in Orange County Gang Rape.

The Los Angeles Times reports that four men have been charged with gang raping an itoxicated 13-year-old girl at a house party in Orange County.

Feds Raid Medical Marijuana Clinic!

The Los Angeles Times reports that federal agents raided a medical marijuana dispensary in San Francisco on Wednesday. U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents took down Emmalyn’s California Cannabis Clinic, which was giving out free pot to poor people.
